We’ve got some exciting news to share – we've won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for our customer service in 2023!

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is for brands that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, year-round. It shows that we’re delivering time and again for our customers and placing customer service at the heart of what we do.

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 - for three consecutive years – which we’ve done! 

We couldn’t have done it without you, our customers, so we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for sharing your ratings and reviews with Feefo.
