Cycle Albania

Ride over remote mountain passes and feel the burn in your thighs. Relish the reward of tasting delicious seasonal food bought on switch-backs from local sellers and look out for eagles circling low over a village where you stop for a morning coffee and refuel. This beautiful bird is a national symbol, even represented on the Albanian flag. As you sip your drink, chat to villagers in the sleepy central square; they'll want to know as much about you and your cycling adventure as you'll want to find out from them. This simple exchange is sure to make a lasting impression.

Cycle Japan - Shimanami Kaido and the Inland Sea

Pedal your way through the quiet island of Shikoku in Japan. The journey takes you through the land of 88 Sacred Temples with its stunning interior, as well as a number of ports and fishing villages along its coast. Being away from the main tourist trail gives you a chance to really experience the quiet life of rural Japan, while also giving you the opportunity to take on some longer rides, including the 99km across this island on day 6; the path to inner peace may just come from the sense of achievement of riding this distance.

Cycle Seville to Porto

Discover a beautiful, lesser-known region of Spain and Portugal, criss-crossing Europe's oldest border as you cycle between historic hilltop towns. All efforts are appropriately rewarded though - with stunning views and exhilarating downhill routes. On three nights we relax after a day's ride in comfortable historic settings, from converted convents to a fort that could be a film set - the perfect place to relax after a day's cycling in the mountains.

Cycling Coast to Coast

Take on the ultimate cycling challenge - cycle from the Irish Sea to the North Sea on our coast-to-coast route across England. The rides are beautiful and it’s a great test of stamina to push yourself up each pass to enjoy stunning views over the North Pennines. Refuel on some seriously delicious home-made cakes in cafes en route and enjoy a rewarding pint or two in the local pub at the end of a long day's cycling.

Cycle Nicaragua to the Panama Canal

What better challenge than to take on the tropical climate, volcanic terrain and some steep hills on an epic and rewarding route across Central America - from Nicaragua, through Costa Rica, and ending at the Panama Canal. Ride under jungle canopy and alongside freshwater lakes, looking out for colourful Toucans, cheeky monkeys or the occasional sloth lounging in the trees.
